LEARN-TO-SWIM:
BEGINNER

Rewarding Results

The beginner learn-to-swim course builds new skills and the foundation of basic swimming strokes to help your student transition into the water and learn water safety while understanding the importance of body mechanics. Games and activities will help maintain skill retention. This course is for swimmers between 6-15 years of age.

Swim Lessons

LEARN-TO-SWIM:
INTERMEDIATE

Exceptional Progress

Our intermediate level will help further your child's knowledge of the water while building on skills learned in the beginner course. Students will refine their freestyle and backstroke as well as learning a new stroke, the sidestroke. We will teach students the fundamentals of swimming in water alone and how to be safe in an aquatic environment where there is little to no help around. This course is for swimmers between 6-15 years of age.

Dive

LEARN-TO-SWIM:
ADVANCED

Strong Stroke Development

Our advanced learn-to-swim class will help students work on their already strong swimming skills. Techniques to refine the components of each stroke give students the tools and resources to practice during and outside of class. Advanced strokes such as the butterfly and breaststroke are learned in this course. Opportunities to learn diving and competitive start techniques may also be learned. Reinforcement of safety skills will help students discover how to be more aware of their health and how it can impact their performance in the water. This course is for swimmers between 6-15 years of age.
